HOW TO FILL UP THE APPLICATION FORM
Make a Bank Draft for Rs
160/- (One Hundred Sixty only) in favour of “Ravenshaw University,
Payable at Cuttack” in any Nationalized Bank of India.
Go to the
website “www.ravenshawuniversity.com”
In the home page, you will find
the following link. Click on the link and the form will appear right now.
1.
Click on “Online Application Form”. Now the application
form will appear onscreen within a few seconds.
2.
Enter the Bank Draft number.
3.
Enter the name of the designated Bank(with Branch
Name).
4.
Enter your Full Name as in 10th class certificate.
5.
Enter the name of your Father as in 10th
class certificate.
6.
Enter the name of your Mother as in 10th
class certificate.
7.
Enter your Date Of Birth as specified in your 10th
class certificate.
8.
Select your Caste.
9.
Select your Gender (male/female).
10.
Select your Nationality.
11.
Enter your Religion such as Hindu/Muslim/Christian/Buddhism/Jainism
etc.
12.
Enter the name of your Native State as specified in
your “Permanent Residence Certificate”.
13.
Select the mainstream you are applying for (UG/PG).
14.
Select Course of your selection corresponding to
UG/PG.
15.
If you are applying for UG, then select any two subjects
available in the choice box. Remember that ‘English’ is a compulsory subject
for you.
16.
Academic Details : Here, you are asked to
enter all relevant information such as Year of Passing, name of the Board/University and name &
address of the passing School/College as applicable to you.
17.
Enter your Communication Address.
18.
Enter your Permanent Address.
19.
Select your Reservation category (if any) by placing
a tick mark against the appropriate item. However, you must submit proof of
certificates corresponding to your reservation category on the same day of
examination; otherwise your claim of reservation shall not be entertained.
20.
Select the Weightage you claim for. Leave blank if
you don’t claim any weightage. You must submit proof of certificates
corresponding to your weightage on the same day of examination; otherwise your
claim of weightage shall not be entertained.
21.
Enter the phone number of any fixed landline or WLL (if any)
22.
Enter your mobile number (if any).
23.
Enter your E-mail ID (if any).
24.
Specify any Special Reason for which you are applying
to Ravenshaw University.
25.
Have you ever participated in any state or national level
competition? If YES, then specify details about your awards and achievements.
26.
If you require Hostel accommodation, select YES in the
choice box.
27.
This is your testimonial and you must agree to abide by the
terms and conditions declared here in by putting a check mark for “I accept the Declaration”. When you accept
declaration, a Submit button will appear just below. Click on the Submit
button to submit the application form.
After proper submission of the
Application form, your Application number and Control number will
be allotted and a Career Assessment form will appear immediately. You
are prompted to enter the following career mark details of last qualifying
exam.
For UG :

Marks secured without extra optional
·
Maximum total marks
Note : CBSE and
ICSE candidates are required to submit their total marks secured and total
maximum marks as they don’t have extra optional subjects.
For PG :
·
Marks secured in Honours subject
·
Maximum total marks in the Honours subject
·
Aggregate marks secured
·
Maximum total marks of the examination
For MPhil :
·
Subject of the PG course
·
Marks secured in the subject
·
Maximum marks in the subject
If the results of your last
qualifying exam is not published, you may decide to submit the Career
Assessment form later by putting a check mark in the check box.
Now click on the Submit
button.
An Acknowledgement card will
appear, specifying your Application number, Control number, Name, Date of Birth
and Course details.
If you have printing facility,
please make a print out of this Acknowledgement Card. If you don’t have
printing facility, then please note down your Application number and Control
number.
After receipt of Bank Draft, you
will be allotted a Roll number and you will be allowed to download your Admit
card.
While downloading your Admit card
online, you will be asked to enter your Application number, Control number and
Date of Birth for confirmation of your authenticity.
