HOW TO FILL UP THE CAREER ASSESSMENT FORM

After proper submission of the Application form, your Application number and Control number will be allotted and a Career Assessment form will appear immediately. You are prompted to enter the following career mark details of last qualifying exam.

For UG :

· Marks secured without extra optional

· Maximum total marks

Note : CBSE and ICSE candidates are required to submit their total marks secured and total maximum marks as they don’t have extra optional subjects.

For PG :

· Marks secured in Honours subject

· Maximum total marks in the Honours subject

· Aggregate marks secured

· Maximum total marks of the examination

For MPhil :

· Subject of the PG course

· Marks secured in the subject

· Maximum marks in the subject

If the results of your last qualifying exam is not published, you may decide to submit the Career Assessment form later by putting a check mark in the check box.

Now click on the Submit button.

An Acknowledgement card will appear, specifying your Application number, Control number, Name, Date of Birth and Course details.

If you have skipped the Career Assessment form, while applying online, you have to submit the Career Assessment form later (when you will have the results of your last qualifying exam) by clicking on the link ‘Submit Career Assessment Form’ given in the index page. Here, you have to provide your Application number, Control number and Date of Birth for confirmation.

IMPORTANT

After proper submission of the Career Assessment form, an Acknowledgement Card will appear. If you have already got a print-out copy of the Acknowledgement Card card, you may please ignore it.
